Kramatorsk
The town of Kramatorsk, located 15 km from the front line, has been heavily bombed since the beginning of the war, although it was never conquered.
The population was heavily bombarded and many vital public buildings were partially destroyed or severely damaged.
To meet the vital needs of the most deprived population left behind, Korava launches the reconstruction and urban development project respecting an ecological and social model, a model that is part of the values of our NGO.
The first step in our mission is the reconstruction of the pediatric hospital. Our goal is to provide an appropriate and quality care environment for young patients in the region, while laying the foundations for a broader reconstruction of the city.
We must give Kramatorsk the opportunity to relive, and finally make it a symbol of the new Ukrainian city turned towards Europe.
The knowledge of the area by Stephane Dray, President of the association, the close and close relations with the Mayor of Kramatorsk/ Governor of the region and the support of the French government allow us to best carry out our actions.
Korava’s multidisciplinary team uses all its resources and skills to carry out its projects with the help of its partner companies.
It is also the time to open a new field of possibilities for French industry in a region where everything is to be rebuilt, and to work for the rapprochement of Ukraine and Europe.
It is our ambition, and that of the large groups that accompany us. Bringing together people and companies from all walks of life to bring this project together is to highlight collective intelligence, work in immersion at the local and regional level, and strengthen the mobilization of human and financial resources necessary in this context.
It is to make Kramatorsk, economic and industrial crossroads until the war, a model for the city of tomorrow.
It is creating the future today.
